Lead Artist

We are delighted to be looking for a Lead Artist to join one of our largest and most successful games. We are looking for a strong manager to lead a team of incredibly talented artists and animators working on a huge Socialpoint IP. Role Responsibilities

• Define pipeline processes, art bibles, style guides and briefs.
• Define, assign, prioritize, and ensure delivery of tasks in time. 
• Research, test out and communicate new processes and techniques.
• Ensure and facilitate communication with other departments.
• Collect all department knowledge and keep it up to date.
• Acts as a mentor, providing training in technical, artistic and industry knowledge. 
• Show clear decision making and poise during challenging situations.

Desired Experience & Qualifications 

• High level of English, both written and spoken (English is our official language!)
• 4 years + of experience in the gaming industry.
• Able to validate all (quality and technical) aspects of Art
• Highly organized and able to act rationally and professionally under pressure.
• Experienced in collaborating with external vendors and outsourcing partners.
• Highly proactive, self-driven and customer-focused
• Great team player and always with a smile.
